Swan House

Opened in 2023, Swan House is a caring and supportive residential home for young people aged 11–17. With four comfortable bedrooms, a welcoming living room, and a combined chill-out and education room, we provide a safe and homely environment where young people can relax, learn, and grow.

Our home also features a garden for outdoor activities and dedicated office space to ensure smooth day-to-day support. At Swan House, we are focused on creating a stable, nurturing setting that encourages young people to thrive and look forward to their future.
